We had a really nice visit from my brother Jarad this week! Jarad flew in from Minnesota and is driving my car back home.We borrowed a bike from CSU's Ramwheels program and Jarad and I had two beautiful and long bike rides on the trails in Fort Collins. We biked west along the Poudre River Trail to Watkins lake, northwest of Fort Collins. It was beautiful and on a week day the trail was very quiet -- another benefit of not working!
We stopped at New Belgium Brewery for a tasting on the way home.
On Wednesday evening, Shelley and Dave through a really fun barbecue party for Jarad's visit! Thanks to Shelley and Dave, and to the family members who came! Pati,
and Peter. Eliot played some beautiful songs that he wrote and composed and has recorded. Eliot is really good!
